地域に伝わる直線裁断で作られた野良着を現代のライフスタイルに合うようリデザイン。藍染と草木染めを中心としたサスティナブルな服作り。
岐阜県の最奥にある石徹白（いとしろ）という集落で、地域に伝わる直線裁断で作られた服の形をベースに現代のライフスタイルに合うよう、リデザインをして服作りをしています。この度、ATELIERにて春夏の服の展示販売を行います。背景の見えるものづくりを基本に、草木染や藍染をした新作服をお披露目します。
入場予約：個別予約受付中。予約しなくても、会場人数が10人以下の場合は入場可能。

At Itoshiro Yohinten, we create clothing using traditional methods that have been passed down for generations by the people of Itoshiro, a mountain hamlet in the north of Gifu Prefecture, Japan.
Our designs are based on the traditional “tatsuke” work plants, which are cleverly patterned so as to make use of an entire piece of fabric, leaving little or no waste. The fabric is woven of natural materials such as organic cotton or linen, and dyed with natural indigo and other locally sourced plants.
